Outstanding service from Ben at Consillium. We had a leaking Velux window and whilst a lot of people might had said a new one was required Ben decided to try a fix it. Two visits later and it is all sorted. Very impressed with his knowledge.

Ben at Consilium worked tirelessly rescheduling a replacement velux installation due to issues from the supplier - and arranged fitment within 24 hours of the windows arriving. Ben and Tim knew this would be a challenging installation due to the nature of Victorian house conversions and their narrow twisty stairs, and we quickly earned the accolade of their most challenging install to date! They were great at finding solutions and the day ended with the windows installed - a credit to the hard work and ingenuity of Ben and Tim. This was clearly a replacement windows project but Consilium also carry out all roofing projects. Very positive experience and very grateful for their finding solutions to the difficult restrictions

Consilium did an excellent job fixing the roof of this old roof, in a conservation area, with a skylight.

Prior to the job, there were leaks around areas of the roof, and following this the roof has been fixed watertight, including around the skylight.

The team were professional and polite.
Would highly recommend.

Consilium Roofing recently replaced a Velux window in my property. From the first contact with Ben, when I was gathering quotes, everything went smoothly, Ben was replying my questions in very short time and always in the clearest and most honest way. He and his helpers carried out the job in a swift, very coordinated way, their professionalism was noted by my tenant who paid compliments to Ben also commenting very positively about the fact that they left the room in perfect conditions even after such a big job. I couldn’t recommend more Arben and its team.
My roof is an original 1920 Slates roof that needed a lot of attention.
Anyone that saw it said you need a New Roof ..£15.000 minimum .
Arben told me it was possible to repair it .
They have done a great work of making the roof durable and at a reasonable cost .
Felt in great hands all the way through.

Velux referred me to Consilium Roofing, we managed to agree a date and get my new window/surrounding flashing installed in something like 72 hours. Great work and unlike a lot of building companies they respond quickly and seem to actually want your business.

I'd been let down by another builder who quoted in the same neighbourhood so the price was competitive.

I'd definitely recommend them.
